Jake Borton NASM CPT NASM CNC Personal Trainer, Director of Fitness I was born and grew up in Orlando and have had a passion for sports for as long as I can remember. Throughout my youth I competed around the country in golf tournaments, becoming a top 50 player for my age and Central Florida player of the year before high school. I chose to go to UCF for college and started out as an engineering major. Eventually, I decided to change to a field of study that I was more passionate about, choosing Sport and Exercise Science. I saw it as the perfect blend of athletics and engineering and haven’t looked back since. I have been a full-time trainer since 2020, constantly adapting my business as society changed almost day-to-day with COVID. I truly love what I do and enjoy seeing the role I can have in someone’s journey toward health.

I value my integrity, my time, and my family above all else.

“It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain an idea without accepting it.” – Lowell Bennion

I hear from far too many clients that they’ve had anxiety about going to the gym for a long time, some of which have only had those feelings vindicated by a pushy trainer. I hope that I can begin to make these clients feel welcome and begin to enjoy a space that has brought me so much personal growth.

I am the Director of Golf Performance. I specialize in helping people reach their potential through thoughtfully programmed exercise, whether it be to hit a golf ball 300 yards or just to get through 18 holes without feeling exhausted and sore.

This space seeks to combine my two passions in life: fitness and golf. I enjoy coming to work every day and being a part of the environment and culture we have created. Being able to call this “work” is a dream come true.

Chris Miller PT, DPT, TPI Owner and Physical Therapist My interest in physical therapy started as a young athlete when I was battling injuries in order to return to competitive basketball, baseball, and golf. I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Caroline and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). I have been helping people return to their favorite activities for over 10 years as a PT.I have learned from many of the southeast’s leading specialists in providing the highest quality hands-on treatment for back pain, knee pain, and golf injuries.

My mission is to help you feel better, live with less pain and return to the activities you enjoy. I started my physical therapy practice because I was frustrated with the traditional clinic environment where patients were not getting better as quickly as I knew they could. I wanted to create an environment where the highest quality hands-on treatments could be provided on a strictly one-to-one basis, at a location each patient chooses in order to maximize convenience and minimize disruption to already busy schedules. My business grew to the point that we’re now able to provide a one-stop shop for golfers: physical therapy to eliminate pain and improve flexibility/mobility, personal training, and group classes to improve strength and speed, lessons for improved swing mechanics, putting, and course management, and simulators for practice!

I have a beautiful wife who is a physician assistant in pediatric orthopedics. We have three boys, ages 8, 5, and 3 months. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, spending time with my family, and watching sports.

Providing a great life and spending time with my family is what drive me the most. Honesty, integrity, innovation, and respect are the core values most important to me and my business.

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” – Wayne Gretzky – Michael Scott I’m the owner of Full Swing Physical Therapy and Wellness. Specialize in helping golfers to play without pain, hit longer drives, finish rounds strong, and extend playing years by decades.

Conditions I enjoy treating are back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, golf elbow, and knee pain.

Building my company from the ground up to serve golfers’ needs has been a dream come true. I absolutely love my clients, helping them achieve incredible transformations, and helping them enjoy the game of golf more and for longer.
